mushroom pasta with soy sauce

Tonight's supper was a mushroom pasta with soy sauce. ( I don't cook WASHOKU very often.) It's very easy and tasty, so I recommend anyone to cook.

for two:

pasta 200-250g

eringi mushroom
shimeji mushroom
shiitake mushroom
and any of your favorate mushroom

garlic / one clove
olive oil /one tbs
salt / a pinch
soy sauce / two tsp
red pepper (if you like) / one

Start boiling the pasta. In a pan, heat the minced garlic with olive oil with tender heat, then add red pepper if you like it hot. Then, put all the chopped mushrooms in and cook with medium heat. Finally, add salt, soy sauce, and hot water from the boiling pot of pasta. When the pasta is ready, add them into the pam and mix them quickly.
